I think i've been scammed 😭😭
Okay so, I ordered NCT's Ay-Yo album (the digipack version) and it was taking SO LONG for it to be fulfilled. I waited like 2 weeks after paying and it still said unfulfilled. So I just requested a refund. I started a chat with the little SM robot thingy, and I wanted a refund. I requested one and i didn't get my money back within the time they said they would give it back. That was 2 weeks ago. So I talked to them again and stated my issue and they said they would reach out to me via email. They did, but they said they sensed fraud or some mess and they asked for photos of me holding my ID and photos for the front and back of my debit card. Obviously i'm not dumb enough to do that but I still want my money back. The email also said that my billing address was different from my shipping address. No it wasn't. I'm currently very angry waiting for them to reply to my email stating that I just want my money back.

Customer Service
This app is really nice when buying merchandises, it is easy and quick. The problem is with the customer service. App’s faq page will never load and always will be blank, and it takes ages to get a reply from emails. I hope this will be improved in close future

I’ve ordered a few things a while back and I was very satisfied with what I got but the wait is kind of long. One pre-ordered item had been delivered 5 months after I made the order. The wait was probably that long because it was a pre-order. But, besides the waiting, the items came in very good condition and were very nice.

i'm so happy there's an app for sm global shop now! i use the website a lot for preordering albums but having the app makes it so much easier and it's more convenient. the app is so user friendly and easy to navigate!

It took me 4 months to get the Baekhyun Bambi PRE-ORDER & I bought 2 set of every version of NCT DREAM’s Hot Sauce and I still haven’t received it and it was a PRE-ORDER and once again I still haven’t received it. :( hurt man. Hurt.

Best thing about this app is it has k-pop merch that you don’t have to pay international shipping!! This app has merch for allot of amazing k-pop bands such as: seventeen, super junior, super M, Nct 127, Way V, Nct Dream, Nct, and much more. Great for fans who want to see upcoming and new merchandise for their fav bands!

Awesome help center
I accidentally ordered an item and I freaked out a little bit, and it was a preorder item and I did not know if a refund would be an option. Long story short I messaged them and within 2 minutes of my message they responded and gave me a full refund! So the help center is amazing. I love all the SM products that I have received!! Always comes to me in perfect condition!!

The Store is great to buy from!
They make it so easy for me to purchase things without having to refill in my info. The rewards are wonderful as well. The system is also very organized and easy to understand. Being able to know that I’m buying authentic merch and having a place to buy it has been a real life saver, because I know I’m not wasting my money.

The app crashes every time I try to log in and if I’m lucky enough to log in, it crashes when I try to see my orders

Yall need to download this its so much better than having to search it up when you just click it on your screen without going on google and typing to find the shop ive purchased from here and yall the quality IS THE BEST SM did such an amazing job for making this app
Awesome idea
I have ordered anything yet from the app, but still giving it 5 stars right now for the idea itself. I order all the time of the website so having an app will make things even easier and the app itself is really well done and is easy to navigate. As soon as I get paid I’ll try ordering off it.
Nice design but limited functionality
I’m very happy that there’s finally an app for the SM Global Shop. The design is very nice and clean, and it feels much easier to navigate than on the mobile web page. However, I’m very disappointed by the fact that I’m unable to log in since I use the sign-in with Google option.

This is actually really convenient for buying stuff instead of having to use the website, but i wish that the points system and account system was built into the app.
