I cannot use the app. I’ve connected my light just fine but everytime I try to adjust my light via my phone it crashes.

RC 120B Will not connect.
This app doesn’t even give you the option to select lights as the add button doesn’t work.
Worst app!
Possibly the worst app on my phone. Of all the lights and equipment I have, this is the one I dread using the most. Having to log in almost everytime I use my light is painful. Not being able to add my rc120b to the app now is just ridiculous. Even the app logo saying “go go” instead of smallrig is stupid! Please fix it!

Ich habe das RC100B Licht und wollte es mit der App verbinden. Leider ist der Button „add Equipment“ unter Licht ohne Funktion. Wechsle ich auf Power supply kann ich den Button nutzen, aber das Licht wird nicht angezeigt. Schade

appena scaricata, luce nuova perfettamente funzionante. Scarico l’app, trovo subito la luce, mi collego…carica 1 minuto poi basta la luce sparisce dalla schermata e mai più riapparsa

Poor user interface.
This app works, and there is no significant control delay, but the user interface is poorly designed and not at all intuitive. There are too many fields to navigate to get anything done. It is possible to save exact settings presets, but this is a slow process and they are hidden in a menu.
If you actually use the FX presets (I doubt I will) controlling these though the app is a lot easier than with the controls on the lights themselves. I think I will keep using the controls on the light, unless it is in a hard to reach place.
The security to get into this app, every time I try to use it is ridiculous. It doesn’t follow the usual iPhone protocol of saving passwords and is very confusing. I will be deleting this waste of time.

Funziona benissimo
Questa nuova versione sembrava non funzionare più, ma ho chiesto al team, che mi ha indicato i passaggi da seguire, con precisione: 1) accedere all’app con un log in 2) pressione lunga sul tasto reset del COB 3) selezionare “light” in alto a sx. sull’app 4) selezionare “add equipment” 5) mettere spunta sulla luce e premere “confirm”. Fine. Se si vuole pilotare le luci in maniera indipendente una dall’altra: premere il pulsante in basso a dx nell’app appena lanciata. Modificare la preferenza di sincronizzazione, da “app data coverage equipment” all’altra opzione

Falla mucho la conexión con los productos
Increíble que las marcas sigan sin poner la suficiente atención a las Apps y la interacciones con sus productos, tiene dificultades para conectarse a la RC60C, la conexión es muy débil aún en el rango de operación.

App is a broken toy
You would think that an app for a professional lighting product would be easy to use and reliable. But you would be wrong. This app is for dozens of Home products that have nothing to do with professional video, they really seem to want you to register your email just to use the app, but you can use it in guest mode, although I never got it to work at all in anyway. But it seems like even if I had gotten it to work, it would be 10 steps to get into the app and recall a preset. That’s literally and figuratively and in every way a complete waste of my life.

Prima funzionava tranquillamente come avrebbe dovuto, dopo l'aggiornamento semplicemente una volta aperta la schermata non trova più nessuna luce!

Mit dem Update sind die Verbindungsprobleme zwischen RM75 und der App/Handy beseitigt 👍
App stürzt bei Verbindung mit RM75 ab
Leider stürzt auch bei mir die App bei der Verbindung mit der RM75 ab. Eine versprochene App-Steurerung ist somit nicht möglich. Sehr enttäuschend!
