The app doesn’t work!
I haven’t been able to use the monitor in months as they’re developing a new app. The solution provided was to use their app in its test version, but I don’t feel comfortable doing that. Why not keep the current app functional until the new app is ready to be released?

My baby monitor says base station updating.....has said this for a week now. Even when I unplug the base and plug it back in.
Great concept, but app and execution is poor.
The camera is full of cool technology and it worked well in the beginning stages, but recently the app has been on the fritz big time. Gives false readings on the breathing at times (this is why we bought the camera and the fact that it doesn’t work properly is a huge no no IMO). Picture quality is wonderful, but when you can’t even login or the picture takes forever to load until you give up, it’s very frustrating. This app needs a serious overhaul on the backend. Interface is good, but the end to end user experience is poor. We really wanted to love this camera, but I think it’s time to move on.

Worst App of all time
I seriously regret this purchase. The app is never ever working at 100%, and is always glitching. It’s signing me out, not letting me log in, freezing, not picking up my daughter’s breathing, turning off the monitoring when I haven’t asked it to do so. I have never been so frustrated in my life! How can anyone sleep at night if the equipment they purchased to monitor their children while sleeping are impossible to depend upon? Ridiculous and pathetic. Save your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great camera
I do love this camera!! It is better now that they updated somethings. It lets me know my daughters breathing rate and if updates me when she moves. She loves sleeping on her stomach and I was so nervous about it. But I love how it updates me
