I am having trouble with pairing the watch and phone. I want to change the time. This needs to be fixed. Thank you

Useless
Must also download an App to support a bt band. It gets so complicated, and you must agree to so many terms and conditions that it gets real sketchy. I am returning the watch immediately. I don’t trust this system.
Why this app exists?
Useless app. Connect to the smartwatch and still can't do anything. Ask for pair when it's already done. What a waste of my time and money i spent on this dumbwatch.
Waste of money
My daughter received this as a gift, but it will not connect to "bt" (whatever that is) and will not connect to bluetooth. Cannot change the time either, so she can't even use the bracelet alone on a daily basis because the time is so wrong it starts over to the next day at 5pm (but not really 5pm on the bracelet because it's in military time)!
The product and app are completely useless! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

WOW just WOW
Okay his has to be the WORST app I've seen!
Reasons:
•History doesn't work
•Only in metric units
•Doesn't even connect to bluetooth when bluetooth is enabled
•Is only useful to set up time and date, nothing else

The conversions do not bother me. What does, however, is that I'm having a lot of trouble syncing the band to my phone. It says I'm not connected to Bluetooth but I am. Just invest in the real thing.

I completely agree with the above reviews. This is horrible. The weights and heights cannot be changed to pounds or inches. I also am unable to sync up even though Bluetooth is connected. This was a gift and is junk. To the trash it goes. Don't waste your money!

App does not have many options. It has a hard time connecting to the bt. I don't like having to convert the measurements all the time.

Frustrating, I can't change the units of measurement. It's stuck in centimeters and kilograms. So I have to google all the conversions so I can input my data..
Smart watch & app
There is a bug that won't let the watch sync with the phone it worked for ONE DAY now today the second day the watch will no longer sync with my phone !!!! Fix it or give me my money back I could of bought a different one and guaranteed it worked smfh!
It doesn't connect to my Bluetooth on IPhone 6 plus!
I opened the Smart Watch app and tried to sync with the Bluetooth, but the toggle to Bluetooth won't stay on (the app)...it appears that this bug needs to be fixed! Without it you can't change the time, which is too bad because you can't change the clock without syncing it to your phone. Please fix this bug!!
