Worst and stupid app
The worst and stupid application I ever seen. Half a day spent to set a termostat for 7 days.
Disappointing
Each time I reopen the application I see a blank screen with no buttons. I have to completely close it and then open it again in order to be able to use it. The issue is caused by the application state. I noticed that the app is working fine only when the state is active or background. Once it gets in state suspended or inactive it’s not working anymore.

Dovrebbe essere il massimo della modernità, ma è lenta inaffidabile, complicata e instabile.

I am verry dissapointed about this app and is the olny one wich can controle my home because i have gewis knx . Always is buffering and when i come back in the app is crush so it need to be open again. The utility of the app is to turn on my lights in the house bout take too much time to so it so i will do it manually…

PESSIMA
Tralasciando il fatto che quando il cellulare è collegato in Wi-Fi non è possibile far funzionare il riscaldamento in casa e quindi bisogna ogni volta scollegarsi dalla Wi-Fi e collegarsi tramite rete mobile , sono più le volte che l’impianto non funziona : esempio temperatura segnata 19.5, temperatura impostata a 20.5 e riscaldamento non va oppure le temperature rilevate sono errate e obsolete di giorni fa . UN INCUBO !

Inutilizzabile
Con questo aggiornamento l’app diventa inutilizzabile in quanto la freccia in alto a sinistra per tornare indietro si sovrappone alla visualizzazione dell’ora dell”IPhone rendendone impossibile l’utilizzo

Da aggiornare! Dopo ultimo aggiornamento piccoli bug il più fastidioso nella regolazione delle temperature le icone sono sovrapposte!

I don’t understand how this app can get worse with each update. The app publisher must have hired the most incompetent programmers, otherwise I don’t understand how the app gets slower and impossible to use with each version. The latest update doesn’t scale correctly on a iPhone 12 Pro Max screen with a notch. The notch was introduced 3 years ago!!

This last weekend sign in wouldn’t work for all customers.
Since the previous update the app doesn’t scale correctly on a iPhone 12 Pro Max screen with a notch. The notch was introduced 3 years ago!!

L’app non funziona più dopo l’aggiornamento a IOS 13. In questo modo lo Smart Gateway è inutilizzabile. Aggiornare al più presto per cortesia

Incredibile come solo Gewiss non riesca a stare al passo coi tempi e con gli aggiornamenti delle App!!
Ha già fallito con la prima versione della Happy Home, che ancora adesso non è ottimizzata per gli iPhone X presentati nell’armadio lontano 2017 !!!
Adesso tutti i miei clienti non possono comandare il proprio impianto da app, perché Gewiss non riesce a tenere aggiornato nemmeno questo suo ultimo investimento...

Appena installato IOS13 e non riesco più ad accedere all’app... “aggiornamento fattito a causa di un errore interno”

Aggiornate al più presto perché con il nuovo iOS 14 non funziona più
