Efficient claims process
The app worked well and intuitively, integrating the forms and camera and submission of the claim.
Full of errors
Save time and headaches by simply not installing this waste of space app. Clearly not designed for iOS, it doesn’t work even on basic level. Most infuriating.
Useless
I tried three times to register my details on the App and every time: “Oops! something went wrong” with an ‘explanation’ which fizzled out with … after a few words. A disgrace, which bodes ill for the handling of my claim - if I ever get that far!
Dreadful, dreadful app
Doesn’t load properly on various attempts. When it does, all the input info is lost when you try to submit.
