Dysfunctional
This app works when it wants to work. Updates are seldom. I can’t enjoy my purchase because I can’t dim the light when I want. I can play music through the app, but when I try to control the light, it says Bluetooth isn’t connected. Extremely dysfunctional. Do not recommend!

Crystal Lamp is awesome!
It’s May 2025, just installed the lamp, read the review by KetoCrazy that detailed How To with excellent instructions. It took about 8 minutes to get both Bluetooth IDs to pop up. Be patient. It helps to turn off/on the remote to connect. Got the music to play, light color selected, set the timer. The app does need to be in range of the light to set up. Overall very pleased. TY to the Devs for updating the app in the last 4 weeks. I’m sure the updates make this app useful so 5 stars!!

It says Bluetooth is not connected when it is. just the music function works can’t change colors or do anything else with the app
Won’t connect
Bluetooth is on, downloaded the app, the app won’t connect to the ceiling fan. I’ve got no problem playing music so long as I’m not using this app. But I can’t control the lights at all. The app won’t even let me try to type in a Bluetooth source to look for.

Alarm don’t work
The alarm setting on the app goes off at the wrong time. I set it for 6am and it went off at 4a

Not going to lie at first using the app drove me insane when trying to connect the Bluetooth. So this is how you connect the Bluetooth .
1. Connect your phone to Bluetooth and click on BSOO3B and there’s another similar name as this one click to connect on both Bluetooth names.
2. Open this app and go to the bottom of the app. Click on the Bluetooth icon all the way to the right . You’ll see a search icon click on it. Then it’ll find the Bluetooth connection then connect.
3. Now enjoy and leave a review.

LIGHT DOES NOT WORK WITH MY IPHONE
It works with my daughter’s Android - so frustrating… please make correction so we can enjoy this cool lamp!
Bluetooth issues
It worked for the 1st month and now no matter what I do it won’t connect to the Bluetooth of my ceiling fan/light fixture. It won’t even pop up on the app feature at all.
No music will play
Music will not actually begin playing and “Cloud” music is all in a foreign language. Light functions are good, music is not and VERY FRUSTRATING to try to find a solution.

It so good but when u lose the remote the is just a night light
App Doesn’t Work
As previous reviews, I am connected via Bluetooth but the app tells me I’m not and there’s nothing at all can be done with the fan. Stuck with either a bright white light or nothing.

Bluetooth connectivity needs fixing
Please fix the Bluetooth connectivity issues with your app! The light remains bright white as long as the app isn’t working properly. Based on the comments, it looks like I’m not the only person having this problem.
Bad connection with Bluetooth
Pretty annoying when I install my fan and the light only works one time then doesn’t show a Bluetooth connection so I can’t even turn on my light in my room anymore if anyone knows how I can fix this it would be appreciated if you told me

Hello. Open the application and at the bottom left appears a Bluetooth signal click there and wait for the word BS003BT to appear in the same application. I hope you resolve. 👍
Help for people with Bluetooth problems and Lights Problems
hello! I recently got the light and I have figured out that you can’t play the music in the app but if your music can be heard outside the app, like Apple Music, you can play music. It’s kinda like a speaker, not a radio. For light problems, try the second switch on the app to have RGB lighting, but for yellow and white lighting, use the first switch. Hope this helps, as for my experience, it’s working perfectly.
