Smart lights can’t adjust all of them at the same time
Unable to use unless you pay
Bought an ELL aircon and in instructions advises to download app to use remote functions. Nowhere does it advise there is a mandatory payment. Seems companies are partnering with this app under the pretence you can freely use it when it is an additional subscription to a third party app. Now they have my personal details as you don’t find out about payment until you finish the registration process and give them access to everything on your device

Lack of response from support
I have just lodged a support request for the third time and have yet to get a response other than confirmation that the support ticket has been opened. I cannot get the app to group my lights together so that I can control them all together. Everytime I try it throws me out of the app. Avoid like the plague
