Poor layout design

This is the app my cat litter box uses. Unfortunately despite the landscape layout of app, the cat litter box is in portrait format. This cuts off a lot of history, no way to slide, enlarge, etc to see everything.
I do NOT recommend.

Unreasonably full of AI slop

What used to be a functional app has been poisoned by AI, and on top of all the ads filling the screen, it started to send me alerts that are just ADS. You can’t turn them off! I got woken up from sleep by an alert from the app, thinking that someone was approaching the house. It was an ad for the World Cup. AVOID TUYA AT ALL COSTS!!! What kind of trash do they think people will accept?

Inaccurate weather

The weather shown in the app is very inaccurate, at least for where I live (California). I double checked the location setting.

Wifi emergency call button

The wifi emergency call button and app work well. However, you need to have the option to change the alert tone/sound. Working in a care home, the siren sound that goes off when a patient presses the button is distressing to other patients - a simple chime would suffice. Unfortunately I’m going to have to return the call button as it’s unusable as it is.
