Momcozy Sound Machine
I use to loveee my mom cozy sound machine and this app so much. I raved about it to everyone— especially as a cheaper alternative. However- my app stopped working efficiently about 8 months ago and now it sucks. I can rarely get my two sound machines to even connect to my app. It’s the most frustrating thing. I’m very close to just selling both of my children’s sound machines and finding new. Fix your app and connection issues.

Clutter of Annoying Ads
This app went from something that was pleasant and user-friendly to a horrible and annoying billboard. Every page you open has yet another ad. To add to the annoying clutter are options most won’t care about which cannot be disabled from appearing on the screen. Why can’t Tuya offer something as useful and as simple as tapping on the image in the alarms to view the video that triggered the alarm? Instead you have to select the camera, then manually go through the cameras video and scroll to the time of the alarm. EVERY other app does this automatically as it makes sense but not Tuya.
I am now moving away from the Tuya ecosystem as it lacks many useful features others offer without all of the useless clutter Tuya offers.

Dark mode
Please make a dark mode, it is too bright to adjust the sound machine settings at night. The home page can be dark mode but jot the actual control page.

AI focused and no user information
Unable to do any troubleshooting since all the device information has been removed. Cannot access any info like IP address, MAC address etc… now everything is AI focused and does not even work well.

Glitchy sometimes
My husband and I both have a light and we have both connected on each of our phones. The app glitches a lot and turns the wrong one on/off but otherwise great!
Can’t control all lights simultaneously
There’s no way to control all lights at one time like in the GE Cync app. What a pain. Garbage.

Tried everything possible. Followed their instructions to the letter.

No customer service bad app bad devices
Tuya smart cameras purchased as pet cameras from waggly website. App is horrible and customer service almost non existent . Issue reports left for years unhelped. Huge gaps in footage and cameras disconnect without notice randomly (without losing power or wifi source. This issue from the start of some cameras so they resolved this issue by sending more for free and now i have multiple cameras that are source of problem after problem. They resolved nothing and just gave more problems. I cant even sel these without manipulating someone and lying which im not gonna do, so theyre trash and almost entirely useless for their sold and described purposes). Since AI added to app its even worse functioning. Cant control cameras, moving left right is somewhat responsive, moving up is temperamental and ive lost the ability to move the cameras downwards. When i open one camera it often opens the wrong camera but consistently swapping the same 2cameras (2 of 4) since they added the ability to edit and move tiles on your home page like it still remembers where they used to be so opens the wrong thing by mistake even though i didnt press that one and its moved.. Since AI added now struggling to just exit specific cameras like the back button doesn't always work. Cant get support. ABSOLUTELY waste of money and hardly better than nothing at all. You need specific date and time to review footage otherwise you comb through each second and you cant jump back or ahead and see where you're jumping to other than the time stamp which also isnt the accurate time but i cant find a way to change it. They removed the ability to delete or manage sd card memory from the app so you it is repeatedly just retaping over footage and losing footage and you cant control it and theres no warning when its going to do that. This app and their devices have been a truly horrible experience for me and caused so many ridiculous issues that i cant even reach out for help with. The reporting a problem page also has problems so i can't submit an issue most of the time that there is one because it freezes and wont register touch at all but also requires some information to be sent off. There are multiple things shown available on the app but from my experience most of the options dont actually work. Like setting a specific frame to surveil doesnt work at all. Motion detection on all levels available is incredibly flawed and you will be harrassed by notices of detection when there's genuinely literally NOTHING like the boy who cried wolf story. Theres an option so the cameras also apparently put a box frame around the object that moved so when movement is detected it shows precisely where but even with this turned on the above issue continues AND this has LITERALLY NEVER worked, i have never once had this option work. Seriously i have sent off report after report after report and spent so much time JUST trying to report things at all for help and NOTHING. I originally purchased these labelled as pet cameras for the purpose of catching a outdoor cat who is peeing into my house and on all my outdoor things and spaces and in the years ive had these cameras have been unable to capture it despite placing multiple cameras at different angles to cover and watch and coincidentally the cameras cut out the days the pee adds and i cant use the motion detection option because it is only a source of fear mongering basically from constant and repeated false movement notifications so you just cant trust it or be constantly harrassed be false notifications on the very low chance one of those is real. Then skipping thru footage is such a huge hassle its just luck and chances that you might possibly skip to the right time to see anything or hve to sit and watch days and weeks, hours of footage second by second or 2times speed which doesnt help at all. Such a frustrating waste of time money and energy and they claim to try to help and literally do nothing

On iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.6.1 and app version 7.11.3, the Save button on the Edit Timer page overlaps the status bar area at the top of the screen. The top controls are too close to the edge and affect usability.

Temperature unit won’t change.
The app is pretty good for the exception that it will not change from celsius to fahrenheit. I changed it in the settings, no go. The Lithzen mini controller shows fahrenheit but not the app.

Can’t adjust brightness. Color warmth slider interferes with ability to move brightness indicator.
EV charger
This downloaded when I bought a plugin EV charger. The EV charger works really well, but the function to charge from 00:00 till 08:00 doesn’t. It is connected to the WiFi, and to my phone.
