The worst app
I bought an E‑Scooter 9. It says the maximum speed is 35 km/h (but it needs to be unlocked), yet it comes from the factory set with a maximum speed of only 25 km/h. I contacted customer service and they told me I could unlock it through the app, and that I needed to make sure I had the latest version, which I already updated, and still the option to increase the speed does not appear for my E‑Scooter.
I bought it specifically because it said it could reach that speed; otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I don’t know if this is misleading advertising…

Cat box
This doesn’t tell me anything about my smart litter boxes cat box. Other than the bin is full every 5 mins so it won’t run. Then the fresh part of the box doesn’t work says I’m missing a piece. No customer service. Useless!
Tuya app sucks
This app sucks. They just want you to buy the upgrade. I’ve used it for several years but I’m throwing out perfectly good smart bulbs and will never again buy anything using the Tuya app.

Needs Notification Customization
The app is great, but I use it for my cats’ litter box and I don’t need to know every single time one of them gets in it, it just floods my phone with unnecessary notifs. Please make it to where I can turn that off so I can focus on when the litter box needs cleaned or gets stuck!

Appalling response
Tuya deny any responsibility for the app when contacted through the service email. They say contact the developer/maker of the device you’ve purchased when there are lots of makers who depend on Tuya to operate the devices. Incredible, just unbelievable.
It also needs a ‘once only’ feature that times an event to happen once so that you don’t have to cancel it later.

They ruined the app
It worked great for my WiFi remote minisplit controllers until they updated the app and dropped support. I will never purchase another tuya product. The remotes were only 2 years old and now they are unsupported. I’ll spend a little more and find something more reliable on a more reliable system.

This app has bececome so tedious, its garbage . Interface is like a pile of rubish and with every update there is more clutter. And now Ai that can’t be removed.
Just because you can add something doesn’t mean you should add it. Coders of this app are probably thinking what else they can pile on to the interface instead of creating clean desing to make simple operations easy.

O app até que é bom, mas tem muito a melhorar! Há duas coisas que, particularmente, me irritam bastante. A primeira é a propaganda, que piora a interface, que já não é das mais bonitas. A segunda, e essa sim, me irrita muito mesmo, é o widget não ter uma indicação de on/off. Pra saber, por exemplo, se uma lâmpada está acesa ou não, só abrindo o app. Olhando para o widget não dá pra saber. Lamentável!! Tem concorrente bem à frente neste quesito e em outros!

Meu Deus, o que andam fazendo com esse serviço? A cada dia que passa eles entuxam alguma nova porcaria inútil que ninguém pediu. A bola da vez é uma barra de um assistente de IA que fica na parte de baixo das telas. Que coisa mais horrorosa!!!

I’m returning the litter box I just bought because this app have no respect for privacy and I certainly will not get my data harvested for a stupid litter box. You just lost a big customer and you can count on my to promote not to buy PawHut to everybody I speak with for the next 80 years. You made a very bad business choices. Thank you but no thank you ;-)
