Deceiving
This app is deceiving, and pretending it is a glitch but make people confused, and approve the wrong address and do not approve the correct address.
Horrible
App expired my tag and won’t let me enter the gates. It will not let me renew. locked inside my apartment and had to pay uber to get to work

Terrible second visit I try to do this and it doesn’t let me register my vehicle

Ive updated my password 4 times and it refuses to let me log in to register. It resulted in me getting towed once before, even when i lived in the property already. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
SMS Issue
SMS messages does not work. I do not receive any and can not sign up. iPhone 12. Steps to reproduce: go to ‘Create New Account’ - specify all data -> Save -> no SMS. You shod add fallback mechanism to specify email and receive code on the email
Doesn’t send code
Been waiting for 10 mins and no code sent to create an account…had to just park inside the community and hope my car didn’t get towed

The app won’t let you save your car info which means you have to type it manually

This app has a glitch where the whole apartments can’t register visitors it’s been like that for 3 weeks already.

Very Irritating
It won’t allow me to sign in. I’ve reset my password 6 times. I keep getting an error message that says “Invalid Credentials”. So now what? Can’t contact anyone.
What an annoying process
Like other reviewers here, I got towed from my own apartment after registering in the app and having a parking sticker on my car from the property. Company didn’t see my account and permit as active, apparently. $300 to get my car back. Screw this app and screw every property that uses it even though they had my car info and driver info on file for a full year.

App Malfunction
This app is so bad, how am I supposed to register my car. When I try to register and wait for an approval is like they don’t want to approve it, so their roaching tow company, can tow your car. Very frustrating. Please fix your request for the love of god. Y’all will rather see our cars being towed and pay a fee. Then help the community

Phone number update
This app is horrible. I have been trying to update my phone for several months now and try to reset the password when I try to reset the password I put in the phone number I’m currently using and I get no link to reset the password and I’m not able to change my number. I have a new number and I cannot update itfor this app.

Privacy Issue
There is no privacy policy for this app. Make sure your personal information is blurred out or they would give your personal information to tow truck drivers. I hate having to use this app. It is extremely inconvenient. I hope the developers remove this fraudulent company.
Invalid login
I couldn’t login with old pw so i changed it (6x) and it’s still saying invalid… I pray my car is not towed

Invalid Login Credentials
I’ve been trying to log into my account. For some reason it wasn’t accepting my old password so I reset it. Even though I just reset it I am still getting the same error. Very irritating. To make things worse, there’s no support that can be contacted to fix the issue. What am I supposed to do? Cross my fingers and hope I don’t get towed while I wait for whatever the glitch is to get fixed? Park somewhere else and hope my car doesn’t get broken into?
