do not bother with this horrendous app, everything is made tedious from the processes, layout and it takes unreasonably long for your account balance to update after making a payment.

Cannot use the app!!
The app cannot be use. It keep saying the gps trying to detect the location but nothing appear after that. How i want to pay my parking. I’ve try to relogin uninstall but the app still the same!
Fix your connection problem
Be proactive fix your bugs on connection is been 3 hours in the morning even though I have a strong connection data/wifi your apps still no connection!

Didn’t get notification
should pop out a message to inform us our car gets saman, nto is totally no pop out message. When I go to get car , I only notice I get saman . we had try before no summon slip and dunno got saman, after while we check our number plate only know that, show have pop out message like previously and notice us. Please fix it.

Cannot renew and extend parking fee
Paid for 2 hours parking and need to extend the parking time so I have to renew the parking fee right after the time ended. However, this cannot be done as it can be renewed 1 hour after the initial fee is paid. Hence, I’ve been fined and have to pay the compound just for the ridiculous process. Gila.

Your app is so laggy and I can’t even top up my credits.. what’s the point of this app if we can’t even use it. please fix it!
Poor GPS sensitivity
App couldn’t locate the actual location for paying parking charges. Written to app owner to make improvements but problem still unsolved.
Do not download
I don’t recommend downloading this app and to use tng instead. There’s no benefit to using this as it limited to Selangor only and once you top up to the account, you can get a refund and will only be allowed to transfer to another smart selangor account be it your friend’s or family’s.
If you don’t have anyone to transfer to, it’s free money for them. Scam app.

summon
should come up with a notification to ask if people want to pay or not bcs sometimes we’re busy working and don't realise (of course it’s our responsibility too). Also when i click the digital receipt tab, the summon didn’t even show up. had to search my plate no. manually to see the summon. please fix this thanks

App Crash
Each time click ‘Maps’, app will be crash and need to start again. This totally annoying as need to pay parking on behalf older persons and parents. Please fix it ASAP! Long due already. Refer older review.
FPX PAYMENT PROBLEM
The app had a FPX Payment problem when I tried to pay for my saman of RM10, then the problem prolonged until the next day when the saman had increased up until RM20. I emailed them but I had no response only until the next day when the saman had already increased to RM20… The problem wasn’t only for me but for others around me as well, also I hope they look into this matter so it doesn’t happen again.

Bad product
Not sure why it requires DOB and last 4 digits of NRIC for registration. To start paying for parking, user needs to put credit that is minimum RM10. This is inconvenient for people who don’t visit Selangor often. I ended up having RM8 balance in the app and have no idea when I would spend it in future.

Why the apps does not appear the notification?as the notification for saman, time and etc ..
Map Function Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work when I try to select my current location on a map. As soon as I select the “Map” function, app crashes.
