Worst watch and app
Nothing works!! I purchased just cause of the brand and to my surprise a watch worth 1k is much more better than this. The application gets stuck near scan the watch , i tried multiple times to update the watch and app but nothing works!
Update the App
I don’t understand why this app is not able to function on my iphone 14 plus. I think the app needs a rigorous update to be working on updated softwares that are coming through. I am sure this problem is not from my phone, but it the app’s issue.
App keeps crashing
App seems to work fine until the application dashboard open ups. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but it keeps crashing. Also, there’s no guide on how to pop up the QR code on the watch itself again once been connected to a device. It’s very frustrating otherwise the watch in itself is no doubt good.

It does keep on asking for try again but doesn’t scan my Titan watch.

After unpairing watch is not pairing again. I bought this watch looking at brand name but this was my bad decision. I have sent multiple emails for help but no support.

For some reason no matter what not able to scan the QR in the watch and their is no other way to connect with watch
Pathetic application for iPhones
Till afternoon, it was working fine but I need to unpair it for some reasons butI was not aware that it will turn into the worst nightmare. Now the watch doesn’t connects to the phone and just ask me to try again. Cleared everything from Bluetooth settings but in vain.

Only brand name
Titan is a brand but doesn’t give ease and functionality as others at a lower price. 12 k is just for name. Else you can get more robust and feature watch in less. Watcfaes very limited. Other functions also very limited.

Bought new watch. And it is not able to move beyond scan and pair stage. Such bad experience.

This is one of the worst app i have ever seen. From last 5 days i am trying to connect my watch through this app . Very bad experience.
Needs improvement FORGET THIS DEVICE AND THEN CONNECT FOR IOS USERS
1 Why it gets logged off every 2 days. Every time u need otp to login. 2 Avg pace number is appearing more than max pace how it is possible ? 3 initial pairing took lot of attempts nearly 30-40 times then got paired on IOS Rest features are pretty good.
Those who are facing connectivity issues on IOS pls delete the previous pairing of the device by doing forget this device and then try again. Hope it helps.

Not suitable for Apple

This app not showing any notification in the Apple phone, I’m totally disappointed with the performance of this application and watch.

Very limited watch face.
The watch faces are very basic and limited. Like some watch faces does not show all the information, like if i choose a watch face with all the info like steps, HR, etc. the watch face is BS. And some cool looking watch faces does not even show the date, i mean like its a digital watch at least it should provide all the info at glance like a real smartwatch and who would even purchase a smartwatch to set a classic watch face. My one recommendation is work on your watch faces and include more watch faces and design watch faces that at least shows the time, date, Battery %, steps and heart rate at the same time. And yes i know i purchased a titan smartwatch, and I’ll let people know that its a titan smart watch if asked, just letting you know that the titan branding on the watch face is unnecessary if you care so much about branding then you could’ve engraved the brand name on the side rim (opposite side of the home button) of the watch or on the strap of the watch.

Not able to measure sleep data .. it’s quite disappointed with user experience with Titan smart watch .. most of the smart watches are working Much more good than this .. really really disappointed!!!!
