Worst watch and app
Nothing works!! I purchased just cause of the brand and to my surprise a watch worth 1k is much more better than this. The application gets stuck near scan the watch , i tried multiple times to update the watch and app but nothing works!
Update the App
I don’t understand why this app is not able to function on my iphone 14 plus. I think the app needs a rigorous update to be working on updated softwares that are coming through. I am sure this problem is not from my phone, but it the app’s issue.
App keeps crashing
App seems to work fine until the application dashboard open ups. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but it keeps crashing. Also, there’s no guide on how to pop up the QR code on the watch itself again once been connected to a device. It’s very frustrating otherwise the watch in itself is no doubt good.

Unable to scan my Titan watch
It does keep on asking for try again but doesn’t scan my Titan watch.
Worst app not pairing with ios 16
After unpairing watch is not pairing again. I bought this watch looking at brand name but this was my bad decision. I have sent multiple emails for help but no support.
