Simple User interface and very good techinical support
Very simple and clean user interface, and really appreciate their technical support and efforts they take to resolve any issue even after three years of purchase.
Please work on the UI for Apple CarPlay and try to make it similar to the iOS UI

Good support team, with an ok product
The customer support team is very helpful and quick.
The app doesn't refresh in real time even with all the access. There is no way to force the app to manually refresh as well. This app doesn't help in extreme situations for eg. had gotten a puncture in one of my tires at night next morning after driving for a few kms got a warning of low pressure. That did help me in getting the tyres checked, but would have been way more helpful if the readings are done a bit more frequently. Also the pressure is not very accurate

Pretty awesome after sales support
One of my truck’s tpms sensors was misbehaving when I tried to re-register it. After failing multiple attempts I called the customer helpline toll free number and got the issue resolved within less than 5 minutes.

Honestly the best TPMS system with such an extraordinary and fast customer support
So i bought the jk treels tpms for my car and accidentally i filled the wrong credentials for two tpms so contacted the customer support and they just did it under a minute and resolved my issue so yeah thats honestly good and thanks to Gagan sir for rescuing me and solving my issue :))
graphics required significantly improvement
User interface and graphics required significantly improvement, CarPlay integration with this feel incomplete as it’s only show the tyre pressure and air temperature on main screen. But now able to see tyre temperature.
Amazing product and very responsive support team.
Been using this sensor since 3 years and faced an issue with one of the sensors. When i reached the team i got very quick resolution in an neat and clarity form. After following their instructions my faulty sensor got replaced with in no time. Thanks for the support team. Amazing product and VERY RESPONSIVE SUPPORT TEAM.

Poor CarPlay User Interface
The Apple CarPlay UI is bad. Why not stick to the same UI as that of the iphone App? A driver is not expected to scroll down and read text giving information about tyre pressures while driving. Please change the UI for CarPlay.
Transfer QR to another phone
It’s a very underrated app and system. Recently I changed my phone but I am not sure how to transfer the QR info to another phone. I have lost the packaging boxes.

I was having trouble setting up my sensors. The customer service rep was super patient and help and took time to get me running.. good customer service speaks volumes of the product ❤️
CarPlay display and alert sound
Recently Treel updated its design/look on apple CarPlay which is useless. Earlier it was easy see details of all tyres on one screen but now it’s difficult to scroll up and down while driving.

Further it needs access to location for some real time thing which does not make any sense as the Bluetooth clone ruin is always there and whenever the pressure drops it can just notify
I am deeply disappointed with both the app ans the functioning of this tpms as whole

You can give real time update of the pressure and temperature and the app can run in background and notify in case of any odd situation
The graphs are useless they are just not providing any discernable data.

Apple car play user interface of Smart Tyre app
I am using your TPMS in my vehicle, and I’ve noticed that the Apple CarPlay interface of the SmartTyre app has recently changed. The new interface feels inconvenient and does not display the tyre pressure information as clearly as before.
The previous interface was much better in terms of readability and usability. I kindly request you to consider enhancing the current interface for Apple CarPlay to make it more user-friendly.

Seems like developers have changed the interface for carplay. A humble request to revert back to old interface.

I have been using this product from last one year. I am really happy with the efficiency of jk TPMS. It’s very convenient for checking tyre pressure. I am really happy with the customer care support. They are really helpful. I lost my smart tyre app login password and app was not working and Then they helped me very well. Five star to customer care team.

Everything’s good but the app icon and UI
The app icon especially on CarPlay feels like a wall painting done on shops , probably giving it a much more sleeker design with just a tyre as an icon would more aesthetic, the current icon is too busy, possibly being able to change the app icon is something that the devs can do
Currently, the CarPlay display is also changed and it’s very unintuitive. The older system used to get. All the info in a single glance now you have to scroll through.

No more widget!
After last update the widget is gone. It was very helpful to get the details on the screen without opening the app but now I have to open the app to see the pressure. I don’t understand why an useful feature is removed from the app.
