Such a great app
Fully broken and not long worthwhile
Ever since the last update about two months ago, the app is useless can no longer login it doesn’t send alerts. I’ve even called my local law-enforcement communications division to find out if they still even support it not a word. Going to delete it. There’s no need for it. 911 worked best anyway didn’t need an extra app for something that’s been working for 50 years.

Fix Profile
Please fix the profile section of the app on your next update. The profile page is completely blank as of last week. Useless!

The Magic Doesn’t Work
It might have been a useful app if it would actually work; the setup process doesn’t work.
It amazes me that the creator of this app provided an update yet they managed not to fix this problem.

Poorly designed
Profile is non functional. Gives you a blank profile screen and no ability to add people, med info, addresses etc Tried removing the account and it refuses to delete the account also. Looks like the only option is to delete the app entirely.
Not happy
Said that my user name is already being used but never let me choose another.

The alarm used to sound, but there were any alerts or warnings, but now it doesn’t

What’s the point of SMART911 when it’s not available on all cellphones? This is life and death. Ridiculous not to cover all levels of cell technology.

Notification bug
App keep saying it can’t provide alerts without push notification permission. It then has a box to click to go iPhone’s settings, but there’s no option to allow notifications with this app.

It only takes a few minutes to create a Smart911 file digitally. Now is the time to do it! I am a chaplain and I know how fast things can change so be prepared
Not sure what it takes to trigger an alert.
NWS issued a flood warning for an area that included one of my locations. The local sheriff announced that we are now in the “Ready” stage of the ready-set-go evacuation order. Crickets.
Great Potential Lifesaver Everyone Should Have
This is an extremely helpful potentially lifesaving App everyone should have, especially if they are impaired in any way of speaking to emergency services. I would’ve rated 5 stars, but there are options I believe should be included in the answer choices. Example:
It lists answers to memory issues as:
Dementia, Alzheimers, and more.
However, there’s no choice listed for someone who hasn’t been diagnosed with any of the options but, definitely forgets words, places, names, etc., especially when pressured for an answer. It’s related to having PTSD.

I change phone number, can’t ever use again
I lost access to an old email, got a new phone number, address, so there is not even a way to make a new account. Too bad. I have used this app for years.
