Fix Profile
Please fix the profile section of the app on your next update. The profile page is completely blank as of last week. Useless!

The Magic Doesn’t Work
It might have been a useful app if it would actually work; the setup process doesn’t work.
It amazes me that the creator of this app provided an update yet they managed not to fix this problem.

Poorly designed
Profile is non functional. Gives you a blank profile screen and no ability to add people, med info, addresses etc Tried removing the account and it refuses to delete the account also. Looks like the only option is to delete the app entirely.
Not happy
Said that my user name is already being used but never let me choose another.

The alarm used to sound, but there were any alerts or warnings, but now it doesn’t

What’s the point of SMART911 when it’s not available on all cellphones? This is life and death. Ridiculous not to cover all levels of cell technology.

Notification bug
App keep saying it can’t provide alerts without push notification permission. It then has a box to click to go iPhone’s settings, but there’s no option to allow notifications with this app.

It only takes a few minutes to create a Smart911 file digitally. Now is the time to do it! I am a chaplain and I know how fast things can change so be prepared

NWS issued a flood warning for an area that included one of my locations. The local sheriff announced that we are now in the “Ready” stage of the ready-set-go evacuation order. Crickets.
Great Potential Lifesaver Everyone Should Have
This is an extremely helpful potentially lifesaving App everyone should have, especially if they are impaired in any way of speaking to emergency services. I would’ve rated 5 stars, but there are options I believe should be included in the answer choices. Example:
It lists answers to memory issues as:
Dementia, Alzheimers, and more.
However, there’s no choice listed for someone who hasn’t been diagnosed with any of the options but, definitely forgets words, places, names, etc., especially when pressured for an answer. It’s related to having PTSD.

I change phone number, can’t ever use again
I lost access to an old email, got a new phone number, address, so there is not even a way to make a new account. Too bad. I have used this app for years.

Can’t register on more than 1 device
Set up account on iPad,filled in all the information, got app on my phone, says phone number not associated with the phone number.

Useless
I created an account and the password, but when I try to sign into the app, it keeps telling me an error. i’ve tried several times on several different devices. I’ve changed my password. I’ve reset my ID. i’m always able to confirm my phone number with a verification code, but when it comes to the actual ID and password, I get errors ended up deleting the app. this app is useless for me.

No more Alerts
I have been getting alerts all the time to my phone but as of last week it they have stopped. I have checked all settings and everything looks fine.
Great Application
I was getting alerts in the beginning but it stopped, for some reason I’m not getting alerts from this app any longer. I get one once in a while notifying that smart911 has been accessed “X” amount of times to see my location but other than that I get no notifications any more. I think this application is an amazing idea!
