Doesn’t work with iPhone 16. It’s been out over a year. That’s just nuts. I contacted Tylenol and they said they don’t know if they have plans to update the app. They should stop selling the scope if they aren’t going to make it compatible with current phones!

Absolute garbage, horrible privacy
This app is an absolute garbage. It does not let you share the recoding with the provider. I don’t see any option to export or actually send it. On top of it, it tried to sell your data and data of child. Do not recommend.
No update for new phone models
I’ve used this app many times and it’s saved me in dozens of trips to the clinics for my kids. But I upgraded to the iPhone 16 (a year old phone) and the app is not up to date with it. So I no longer can use this app or camera that cost over $70. It’s really annoying and now I have to take my son to the doctors tomorrow to check out his ear which will cost 2x as much as a virtual appointment would have been with this camera. Extremely frustrating.
