Forced to switch apps from the outdated one (which worked flawlessly to turn on the ac over WiFi) and this one can’t. What a flawed app. Why can’t I use the other app that worked great?

Ever since the update this morning now the app won’t even open so I can’t use it. You need to fix this right away.

I love my Midea Duo it cools my room beautifully, and this app controls it beautifully.
Helpful and well organized
The app is great. I mean it gives you the option of Bluetooth connectivity or Wi-Fi depending and it’s nice. It served me well. It’s clear it’s intuitive. You could add multiple devices you know sometimes any tapped right into Google Home or whatever else you’re working with Alexa, I’ve really had no issues. It updates firmware properly you know checks the network everything it’s it’s very self-sufficient I’m I’m thankful for this app and I think it’s well done
