Asking for activation or qr code i have account instead
Can’t share a room with other people
I installed another unit at a different location. Everytime i share the room to new users in the family, the app won’t let them register. They down load the app and can’t leave the initial activation of a new unit screen. Very frustrating. Tried it on my wife’s phone since my other family members are not near me. Can’t find another way around it. Can’t find a proper email link to contact the developer.

Not able to connect
I’m not able to connect with my AC. Very frustrating.
Can’t bypass scan code screen
I had the app last year, deleted while not using and after redownloading the app will not let me bypass the scan code screen. I already have an account but I do not have the scan code anymore so I can’t use the app.

Does everything i ask it to do. Easy enough for me as well as my needs.

I had issues the 2nd year with my ravsun ac connecting to WiFi was told to reinstall the app. Now I can’t load up the app without the activation code because I don’t have the manual anymore

I was trying to use it on iOS but I stuck on request for scan activation code, I hope someone will reply me with solution how to pass it through otherwise I have no option but keep my android phone

Nice app developer letting you use only the main camera for scanning QR Codes, if yours is broken like mine, good luck scanning anything

Que pasó con la app que ya no se puede vincular con Alexa? Hace un tiempo la usaba de lo más bien y derrepente dejó de ser compatible? Que ma que hayan sacado esa actualización era súper buena, vuelvan a colocarla para que sea compatible. Solo por eso compré este aire acondicionado.

I can’t login on my account, when i open the app directly me to scan qr code. I don’t want to scan QR code i need to login on my account.
