I gave them a try and they exceeded my high expectations. Probably user error, but one of my photos did not upload. My shipment arrived missing that photo. I emailed and received an immediate response. The response went to junk initially and, after not hearing from me, Adam followed up to make sure I got the message. He then offered to let me re-order the missing print and granted me both the bulk discont and the additional postage. Just a super experience. Quck turnaround and real customer service. I highly recommend.
