Use the website

My process was extended an unnecessary 2+ months because the app is not connected to the website in any way. I really wish I would have known this before purchasing this very expensive product.

Couldn’t even get pass the beginning

As helpful as this app seems to be, I couldn’t even get pass taking pictures of my mouth due to the ridiculous tasks it was asking me to do. Even with my phone flipped, following instructions, it was like the app wanted me to do a full cartwheel finished with a split just for a quick picture. Sorry excuse for a start.
