SmilingEyes Go

Companion to SmilingEyes for Mac — requires the Mac app for full functionality. SmilingEyes Go mirrors your eye-care progress from your Mac: today's compliance score, your streak, and a 7-day history, synced privately through your own iCloud account. When your Mac starts a break, your iPhone shows it too — with an optional Screen Time block on distracting apps for the duration. Free and useful on its own, even without a Mac nearby: • A local 20-20-20 timer — a gentle reminder every 20 minutes to look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds, with no Mac required. • A full guided eye-exercise library — seven exercises with animated, timed guides. With SmilingEyes for Mac paired: • Live break countdown on your Lock Screen and Home Screen widget • Today's score, streak, and 7-day bar chart at a glance • Optional Screen Time blocking of chosen apps while a break is active — self-imposed, opt-in, and fully configurable • Everything syncs through your own iCloud account — nothing is sent to us or stored on any server we operate SmilingEyes for Mac is a separate download, available on the Mac App Store.
