Needs Help

The app does not integrate with home automation such as Crestor and control too. It needs quite a bit of work.

Clunky

Clunky and no support

Poor app; product mediocre

Product is expensive. Solar shades work fine, but nothing special that would warrant the high price. App is deplorable. Timer and control work sporadically. I constantly have to remove and read shades to get them to work, but only for a short time. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible, terrible product

Really just the worst product out there. But anything else. Technology is circa 1984, quality of the blinds are ‘meh’ and the pricing is ridiculous for the quality level. And to boot the customer service has an attitude problem when you call to trouble shoot. Oh, and they damage your walls while installing and just ignore it. Run away to ANY other shade company.
