Ever since November I can't open it
I still love the brand but it is just so annoying that I can't access it at all. Takes forever to load and I'm not sure if it will load at some point in time or just.. NOT! I have the iPadOS 18.1.1

I would definitely recommend this brand but as of Nov 26 2024 the app will not load. If you open the app it will only be a photo of the logo. If you want to find an other way to purchase smoko stuff you can go on google. I’m disappointed in the app but I do love all their cute kawaii stuff.
As of November 2024, App No Longer Opens
It’s been many months since this app even opened. I have kept it for quick access to the Smoko site in hopes that they will fix it. As of January 2025, if I don’t see any fixes/updates I will delete the app.
App doesn’t open but I love the brand
I absolutely love smokos and was excited to find they had an app only to run into an issue where the app will not open. You click it and it just opens a pink screen with the logo and nothing else ever loads. I was wondering why and I now see it’s probably because it hasn’t been updated since last year 😔 oh well, still like the brand

This app is amazing, ignore the other reviews! I can easily find products and view my favorited items, and it is way easier to use than the website! I would recommend getting the app if you use the website, it’s really good and easy to navigate!

I give it a one star it douse not open it completely crashes and takes me back to my home screen it don’t even open this is completely stupid and a waste of my time
