Timing Issue
I hate to leave a bad review.
I’m new to S’moo, and I’ve been taking the multivitamin for a month now. I’m on a subscription, and as most subscriptions go, the business usually ships in time to allow a continuous flow into the next month (no gaps). However, that’s not the case here, and I’m highly disappointed. I just took my last dose yesterday, and my package isn’t expected to arrive for another 2-4 days. Please have this corrected. I’d really like to be able to continue my subscription.

Love S'moo!
I use the hormone balance pills and the multivitamin and love them! I have pcos and the hormone balance has helped with my cycle.
The app is good, makes it easy to add to my next subscription. It does however kick me to a web browser when I tap on products which is a bit annoying.

Ovary powder
This will be my second month to use this product. I liked everything about it. The taste, the better digestion :) my mood, everything in general. So now I’m boosting to more products. Let’s try and see. Great so far.
Payment Issues with app not refunded
My attempted order on the S’Moo app was double charged to my credit card, and as it did not create an order number, S’Moo will not refund me. S’Moo does not have a phone number for support. It has been a very difficult experience and I will not order from S’Moo- they clearly do not care at all. I’m sad.
