Pre-roll advertising
One of my pet hates with audio streaming apps is pre-roll advertising before the stream starts. There are ads within the stream/program, on my book pre-roll is an unnecessary irritant for the listener. Just because you can do something sales driven doesn’t mean you should.

Very good. It would be good if it supported Siri Shortcuts so I could set a short cut when it connects to my car to open up my favourite station automatically , then it would be perfect

Can’t login through iOS
Used to be a great app. Now can’t log in, once signed in the screen rolls to the bottom and can’t select the final Login button (it’s off screen).
iPad Login
When ever I try to login in on my iPad it goes straight to the bottom of the Screen and I can’t sign up or Sign in on any Nova Entertainment apps.
Terrible
The app crashes on startup every time. Blank white screen.

Hi app won’t open on my iPhone. Updates are up to date, have removed and won’t download though still listed on my apps on App Store. Wrote to your support link (from here) 4 weeks ago and no reply. Please assist

Update has broken CarPlay integration
One of the latest updates now requires you to open the ‘Nova’ app on the phone when plugged into CarPlay. The point of CarPlay is not to touch your phone while driving and this update has made using the app dangerous

Online app is a very unpleasant customer experience. Poorly designed, gross invasion of privacy, poor layout, very annoying.
