What does this app do?
I was hoping to save a very lengthy text message but all this app does is save a screenshot, which is useless. Can I have a refund please?

DOES NOT BACKUP SMS IN PDF OR TEXT FILE
This app does not back up SMS in PDF for Text file format. It wants you to take screenshots of the conversations and then stitch the pictures of the screenshots together and then it allows you to export those pictures into a PDF. With two years of convos on my phone I would be here until next year!! try to contact Support about getting a refund. however, my email was undelivered and sent back to me because the email is from 2022.. lol can’t find any recent “2025” contact info..

I paid for it to do nothing. Wanted to restore messages but it does nothing with messages at all

In App Store, it says the app is free. On their page it says zero $$ cost. Specifically “Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED (in caps & bold) for the activation of your account.
So I thought the credit card info was for ID verification. But as soon as I hit that enter button, I was charged $39.95. Likely I was able to cancel the transaction through PayPal and they put the money right back.. but watch out!

Pourquoi ne peut-on pas sauvegarder les SMS ?
Je viens d’essayer à plusieurs reprises et je ne peux pas sauvegarder les SMS, ça m’a l’air d’être une grosse arnaque

In the past SMS Backup+ EAS and excellent app. Trasnsferring to Gmail in a new folder the registry of calls and sms. NOW I could not believe what is this app. You room shot of sms and store for you. Do we need an app tondo this? This is completely unasable app. World like to have money back. Responsabilità is also of the market place that does not supervise it.
