App stopped working
Not sure what happens but the app logged me out and it won’t let me login or register a new number. It just keeps saying the request timed out. Was working great and I’ve tried resetting everything thing but I think the app itself is crashing.

Don’t buy any product anymore. At first it was great and actually worked, but now I can’t access my app to function the lock for my home. Any email or call I try to make to the customer service team. It sends me a email back saying couldn’t be delivered and the phone number when called on the turbo lock app instantly goes to automated system saying this number is no longer in service. So don’t waste your money!

Turbo lock app
I’m not able to connect the lock to the app. The app can’t find network. One of the reasons you buy a lock with the app access is to use it. The the customer see number don’t work. For support.
App Doesn’t Work
I can’t even register for the app. It keeps telling me timed out or no network connection and I have no network issues.
Doesn’t work properly
Every time I open the app, I’ll go to a door that I know is unlocked and it says locked. Then wile I’m on the lock it will automatically lock the door even when I do not hit the button to lock it. It could be a great app just some minor fixes!
