App stopped working
Not sure what happens but the app logged me out and it won’t let me login or register a new number. It just keeps saying the request timed out. Was working great and I’ve tried resetting everything thing but I think the app itself is crashing.

Don’t buy any product anymore. At first it was great and actually worked, but now I can’t access my app to function the lock for my home. Any email or call I try to make to the customer service team. It sends me a email back saying couldn’t be delivered and the phone number when called on the turbo lock app instantly goes to automated system saying this number is no longer in service. So don’t waste your money!

Turbo lock app
I’m not able to connect the lock to the app. The app can’t find network. One of the reasons you buy a lock with the app access is to use it. The the customer see number don’t work. For support.
App Doesn’t Work
I can’t even register for the app. It keeps telling me timed out or no network connection and I have no network issues.
Doesn’t work properly
Every time I open the app, I’ll go to a door that I know is unlocked and it says locked. Then wile I’m on the lock it will automatically lock the door even when I do not hit the button to lock it. It could be a great app just some minor fixes!
Good but…
The lock itself works very well. The app is a little buggy and says it’s connected to Alexa but when I tell her to unlock the door she says “front door doesn’t support that.” I’m to sure what Alexa can do with the log but it would be great to be able to use her for these tasks since my Grammy is disable and can’t walk to well.

cheap app. lock itself is heavy and feels good but built cheap on tiny hidden screws. so someone will twist handle hard one day and rip the cover and handle off the door. app won’t let register won’t even send a confirmation code. poor buy for this price. look for other trusted brands guys

Glad that the app does not occupy so much in my storage and it works.
Easy application
Not so hard to use and apply, follow their instructions and it should be easy.
Great App
The app perfectly works with my T-L 111 pro. After finishing the setup I am not worried about leaving my key in my house. It literally makes my life easier with auto lock&unlock function. I would recommend for people who only bring their phone when going out. The is the right one for you all!

Downloaded the App for my newly bought TL111 pro. Followed the app instruction, setup was easy & quick. Big love for the auto lock feature.

Have not been able to change the administration code. Won’t pair to phone. Looks pretty that’s about it.
Does what it needs to do (sort of)
Like the title says it does what it’s supposed to do. But there is a lot with the app that doesn’t work. You aren’t able to send codes to a number or email like it says or unlock it from your phone or anything that the app says it can do. What you are able to do is generate a random code that the could be used 1, 2, or 3 times. With that being said, since you can’t send codes through the app like it’s supposed to you could just generate a code and text the code to the person yourself. The app would be a lot better if you were able to do what it’s supposed to do.

Can’t register app.
Trying to register this app and each validation code they send me tells me it is an incorrect code. Have tried for two days to register this.
App and web site worthless!
I’ll be happy to change this if I ever get help!!
