Cannot get it to connect
My son bought me this wonderful gift for Mother’s Day and I cannot get it to connect visa Bluetooth at all. I’ve tried numerous times. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app and it still will not connect to my Bluetooth on my phone.

app is for multiple models of the same product, so I can only review based on the EMS I am currently using. Easy to understand. Timer is set automatically for 20 minutes. Wish that app was able to count down to zero onscreen while controlling the EMS device, so I could know when time is almost up. Instead it just stops with no warning when finished.

Awful user interface
This user face is near unusable… Why is it so complicated? Just give me some drop downs and adjustments. You don’t need to make it look so complicated… The text is way too tiny too, and the buttons are near impossible to touch with your finger. Someone needs to redo this heap
Honestly not as bad as people say
If you are looking to just control your device and use the app as a remote, it has everything you need and nothing more. I get it is a little out dated but honestly it’s not bad.
