app is for multiple models of the same product, so I can only review based on the EMS I am currently using. Easy to understand. Timer is set automatically for 20 minutes. Wish that app was able to count down to zero onscreen while controlling the EMS device, so I could know when time is almost up. Instead it just stops with no warning when finished.

Awful user interface
This user face is near unusable… Why is it so complicated? Just give me some drop downs and adjustments. You don’t need to make it look so complicated… The text is way too tiny too, and the buttons are near impossible to touch with your finger. Someone needs to redo this heap
Honestly not as bad as people say
If you are looking to just control your device and use the app as a remote, it has everything you need and nothing more. I get it is a little out dated but honestly it’s not bad.

App does not work correctly anymore it does not allow you to switch to different setting completely frustrating as it used to at least actually work also one of the pads did not work.

I have had both of these for over two years now and they just work! I’m not a fan of the App though as it could be better.

Won’t connect
There’s just one button to connect. There’s no troubleshooting option. It just fails. Nothing to change. Electrode works fine without app
Terrible Outdated App
Device is decent but the app is slow, buggy, loses connection, and looks about 10 years behind on UI. I would NOT have purchased this if I knew the app was so bad.
Also, there needs to be a way to have the device do one steady wave of massage, not just pulses from the different options.

Not working correctly
When I cut the messages on and set to a 1 it is so strong it literally bows my shoulder to my face. And it want go on a lower setting. Maybe it’s a defective device but it hurts to use it

App is poorly Designed
The app icons and text are extremely small. The app needs to be updated, video instructions on use, bigger icons and the timer says it will stay on for 40 minutes but it shuts off and disconnects after 10 minutes.
Should have a reconnect on the app instead of the app me hitting the button again every time to turn it on. Just plan lazy design and no updates and the support page does not exist. I guess the developers just do t cate at all about there product. Better off getting a better unit than this one!!!!

Love the device, hate the app
The device is pretty incredible! Couldn’t recommend it more for someone who needs EMS stimulation.
With that said, the app has MAJOR room for improvement. It honestly could use an entire UI overhaul! The controls are way too small and difficult to press without accidentally pressing the timer button. The majority of the screen space is wasted by the massage style dial which is much less important to have easy access to compared to the buttons that literally control the power of the electricity that’s flowing into your skin.
Though it seems based on other reviews, the app developers have no plans of doing any work on this app in the future, if they DID, a dream feature I would LOVE to see added would be the ability to connect more than one Electrode Wireless Massager at a time and control both devices at once! Being able to have one of these on the back of both legs at the same time would be a game changer!

I followed all the directions, down loaded the app and nothing other then the “FITRX” logo came up then the next page just showed the 3 types of electrodes, tried to contact customer support and of course there is no one available to take your call. “DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY “ I’m getting a refund today!!!! I SHOULD Have READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!!!
