The SMS ONE Turn App is an application utilized by our network of Affiliates to help manage inspection work orders, and streamline the onsite inspection process into one simple system. The SMS ONE Inspection App improves the workflow process for both Affiliate field technicians and administrators in the following highlight key features:
• Allows Affiliates to record every details of inspection through notes, pictures, and videos.
• Check in/out with pictures to ensure every service is completed to 100% satisfaction.
• Simplify the inspection process by providing prepopulated service categories for Affiliates.
• Drawing feature on pictures to quickly identify issues.
• Voice input enabled for Affiliates to quickly record notes.
• Completed report automatically generated and synced to the web portal as well.
