Take the dang AI away. Let us just put in a work order. We don’t want to your use AI that don’t even work right.

There’s no way to reach customer service that I can find. I hate having to write all my comments and wait for a phone call.
First time user
Customer interface was clunky. It offers limited choices on the menu, none of which actually describe my maintenance issue. It would be much easier from a customer perspective to simply allow me to describe my problem in my own words, then have an expert assign the request appropriately.
Troubleshooting questions
The questions asked in your Troubleshooting are unrelated to the problem. When I choose Leaking underneath cabinets I get options like leaking shower or toilet not underneath the kitchen cabinet where the pipes are! Fix it!
Impossible
My landlord switched to this system about 4 months ago. I’ve had several maintenance issues and have NEVER been able to use this app. It’s literally completely useless. Like another user mentioned, I can never login. It doesn’t save my info. When I try to reimput it, it says “email in use in multiple locations” whatever that means. I can’t see the data box I’m typing in. I don’t even know what the inside of this app looks like.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. It’s impossible. Luckily (I guess) I can call to make a maintenance request.
