App is terrible
Anytime I need to utilize this app to request a work order for my home I end up with a headache. The app glitches out with the AI, it won’t load a response/keyboard prompt in order to request maintenance, and there is no alternative or backup method. It’s infuriating and I wish there was any other app/method that I could utilize.

Work Submission
When I try to submit a maintenance order the screen goes to ask Aiden but it is left blank with nothing for me to submit.
Terrible
Take the dang AI away. Let us just put in a work order. We don’t want to your use AI that don’t even work right.
Unsatisfied
There’s no way to reach customer service that I can find. I hate having to write all my comments and wait for a phone call.
First time user
Customer interface was clunky. It offers limited choices on the menu, none of which actually describe my maintenance issue. It would be much easier from a customer perspective to simply allow me to describe my problem in my own words, then have an expert assign the request appropriately.
