I’ve seen hobbyist developers create a better app and have better support than this million dollar company. Embarrassing.
Beware
We got the house and when we looked at it, everything looked fine until we lived there a while things started falling apart. It takes FOREVER for maintenance to come fix anything I mean days to even a week or two. When we first moved in we had no heat. The toilets were frozen over. Water was pouring from faucets. The butcher countertops weren’t sealed. We moved out and have still yet to receive our deposit we’ve called now a couple of times. It’s definitely a company that owns them and just wants money not someone who actually cares about the properties they own. The houses are definitely advertised to look better than they do when you see them. We went to one house that was advertised to look better than it did. It had different flooring in every room tile coming up in the kitchen the cabinets broke, and the microwave was missing the handle. And they will likely raise your rent every year you are there. And they do not clean before you move in. Dead bugs, dog hair, stuff in the carpet. You can tell the houses are just landlords special with big high rent.

Worst App Ever
My rent is almost late every month because this app won’t process my payment in time. Or say I have insufficient funds when I clearly have money in my account. WORST APP EVER!!!
KEEP AWAY
I would literally consider being homeless before I ever rented a property off these people. Do yourself a favor and rent off a private owner.
