We got the house and when we looked at it, everything looked fine until we lived there a while things started falling apart. It takes FOREVER for maintenance to come fix anything I mean days to even a week or two. When we first moved in we had no heat. The toilets were frozen over. Water was pouring from faucets. The butcher countertops weren’t sealed. We moved out and have still yet to receive our deposit we’ve called now a couple of times. It’s definitely a company that owns them and just wants money not someone who actually cares about the properties they own. The houses are definitely advertised to look better than they do when you see them. We went to one house that was advertised to look better than it did. It had different flooring in every room tile coming up in the kitchen the cabinets broke, and the microwave was missing the handle. And they will likely raise your rent every year you are there. And they do not clean before you move in. Dead bugs, dog hair, stuff in the carpet. You can tell the houses are just landlords special with big high rent.

Worst App Ever
My rent is almost late every month because this app won’t process my payment in time. Or say I have insufficient funds when I clearly have money in my account. WORST APP EVER!!!

I would literally consider being homeless before I ever rented a property off these people. Do yourself a favor and rent off a private owner.

Useless portal
I have an issue with the app every single month. When you call for support, they can only submit a ticket and I haven’t heard back not once regarding any of the 12 tickets I’ve submitted. I cannot wait until this lease is up so I am not tethered to this company. I was young and did not do my research but now I see that just about everyone else agrees that this company is awful.

Everything falls apart including the app
I’m not sure what the point of having an app to pay rent is for, when it never works. You can’t get ahold of anyone and they leave you with no choice but to pay the 60$ fee JUST TO PAY A BILL. This whole company is a joke. The “customer service” is a joke and they don’t even hire licensed maintenance techs including techs to fix the apps, i swear the CEO is taking all the money and putting it up his nose cause it’s def not going into the business

the “view more…” functionality does not work in the app at all, makes it nearly impossible to track maintenence requests.
The worst company to rent
Since my move the air conditioning did not work, they took maybe more than a month to fix it, all that during the summer and they only refunded $300 because according to them the air is not the whole house, I have only had more experiences with this company the only reason why I renewed the contract is because I do not want to move two consecutive years.

Awful!
This is the worst company and app I’ve ever dealt with! Our electric was out due to an old breaker box and took 2 weeks to fix! We lost food, time off of work and got no compensation from it but $50 off of a late fee!! We also have mold in our crawlspace that has never been dealt with.

Have the time you can’t even pay in the app. Everytime i go to use it i have to re enter payment info. In 2025, why is this so difficult???

This is the worst rental company and portal I have had the displeasure of using. Actually fix the homes, actually fix the app, and actually have customer service. This company needs to just outright go under.
Horrible lease company
This is by far the worse lease company I’ve ever leased from! The home is already over priced and then they add unnecessary charges, HOA gives warnings and this co charges you the $25 then they change the vendor to make payment to and it won’t process so another $30. But when you ask for Maint they take their time…. Lease amount increases every year and charge after charge .

App crashes when submitting a maintenance request
The app keeps crashing when I’m trying to submit a maintenance report so I’m never able to submit a maintenance report. I need some help but there’s never a phone number and there’s never a consistent employee to speak with worst rental company I’ve ever experienced.
Beware of MSR
App doesn't allow you to open downloaded documents website doesn't either MSR is just BAD FOR BUSINESS. Their practices are unconventional and you can never speak to anyone that can answer your questions or address your concerns regarding anything only representatives that have very limited access to anything. They always have to email another department about whatever your concerns are there's no direct phone number or extension. You just have to wait for a response in the resident portal and even then their response is vague and limited. If you're considering renting I'd advise you to RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They only want your money

App is bad overall
Good luck submitting any maintenance requests. The app freezes when you try and upload a picture (picture is required to submit a request). And they don’t let you call and submit requests anymore. Company is not managed well.
