The SMSB by Marie App is designed to guide and help you reach your health and fitness goals with Marie by your side. In her weekly program she offers classes which include all aspect of fitness such as strength, endurance, flexibility, cognitive function, postural alignment and balance training. You will be able to pick and choose which “Live Stream” classes you do every week with access to the class for 48hrs after the live time of the class. No contract, pay as you go. As a bonus Marie includes short clip videos with specific exercises and shows their form and execution in detail. There will also be additional shorter classes available for purchase and free recipes Marie enjoys and wants to share with her community. You will be able to join the community feed to stay connected with the other participants during the live time of a class or keep in touch outside of the time of classes.
