The level of unnecessary verification is honestly worse than banking apps, and it makes no sense for a simple transport tool. Basic actions like calling the driver or checking route details take so long that they defeat the entire purpose of the app.
I personally faced a situation where the driver passed right in front of me while I was stuck completing the app’s endless verification steps. By the time I got access, it was already too late. This is a clear system failure, not a user issue.
Looking at the Play Store, almost all reviews are negative, yet there is zero visible action or improvement from the team. This clearly shows a lack of concern for employee experience and safety.
Key problems:
• Overcomplicated and time-wasting verification
• No instant direct call option
• Poor real-time usability
• No response to user feedback
If this is meant to support daily office transport, it is currently doing the exact opposite.
Fix this urgently or roll back to the previous working version. Right now, this app is unreliable and frustrating to the core.

Need to click more than 10 times to sign in tab for login same for authentication and same for to submit anything. Means login in this app for any reason you need 15 min. Total time waste.

Regularly asking for update from play store however I am using I phone

Whenever I open this app on ios device it says me to update the app through google play store, and redirects me to that. The UI is so much filled with bugs and lags, please work on this app or just discard this altogether.

Use Session Expire Frequently
The list of issues is very long. 1. Really bad user experience. 2. Its just a browser. 3. No way to go back from map view. 4. On session expiry app shows you the link to update the app on Google play on iPhone😆
World most irritating app
Giving 1 star because there is no option to select negative rating. App developers does not have good amount of skills. Its very irritating app so far i,ve used. Even 1st standard play app more efficient apps available in apple store. Dev team you should know how to handle apple user than work on you skills. We have lot many tutorials available on youtube for free, learn from there how a app should work. I know there is no any tech support team available for this app. Not sure why and how people select this.

Hi team I am writing this because this is behave professionally over the IOS. Frequently logged out and asking for an updated version on Google Play Store. It very irritating as have killed and open again for logging. Also logging procedure is not as usual because of lengthy process. Click on signon page then have to add password (it is also not professional as password is already stored in key chain but add after multiple click and time taken) than have to add passcode but app not sending any notification for Passcode we have to open another application (Authenticator) and remember 6 digit than open SMT again to add passcode. It is very lengthy process on Iphone devices. Need a permanent fix. App should not logged out until we kill it from task manager. There is no set timer to log off this as we notice sometime its working after 10-12 hour but sometimes it got log out in every 10-15 min. You cant help on this please write to us so that we can talk this issue with leadership for switch an another app.

Developers must have received degree from open university, neither they are able to understand the differnce b/w apple store and google play store, on apple phone we receive an update for google play store, also thanks to tpt team not a single person bother to even accept the problem, solution is too far. And thanks to dev team that we are able to open the app before reaching the destination.
