Imposible conectar no detecta el aparato
No funciona el modo calor con la año
La app no está mal, lo único que pasa es que al emparejar el dispositivo se queda inutilizado el modo de calor. Solo funciona el calor cuando utilizas el masajeador en modo manual. No entiendo cómo no revisan estas cosas antes de lanzar Una aplicación.

The app can’t find the device. It didn’t come a remote. I replaced my first one because it didn’t have a remote and it couldn’t connect with the app. Now the second one I got is doing the exact same thing… NOTHING! I really hoped it would work because it looked like a great product, but unfortunately looks can be deceiving! I’m sending it back!

Ich hab mir den Nackenmassager gekauft und der wird mit mit dieser App gekoppelt. Soweit so gut, nur funktioniert die Wärme nicht. Egal was man anklickt, es wird nicht warm. Entweder ist der Nackenmassager defekt oder die App braucht wirklich mal ein Update. Ich gehe mal von der App aus, weil die anderen Leute das auch geschrieben haben. Am Gerät selbst gibt es keinen Knopf um die Wärme einzuschalten.

Die App lässt sich bei mir zwar öffnen und einstellen aber gut fühlt sich das garnicht an. Tut weh und es fühlt sich so an als würde es die Haare rausziehen obwohl keine Haare im weg sind und das obwohl es erst auf Stufe 1 erst ist

Leider lässt sich mit der App nur die Auswahl der Massageart und -dauer einstellen. Die Wärmefunktion fällt ganz aus. Mit Wärme funktioniert das Gerät nur über die Tasten - dann kann man leider den Rest nicht einstellen.

The heat button sometimes works sometimes doesn’t.
In order to make it work, you need to open the app, then turn on the device, and restart the device. Otherwise the heat button won’t work. This is so weird.
Can you guys fix that?

Need a longer timer
15 minute limits isn't nearly long enough. Everytime it finishes you have to shut the device off and reconnect. Fix these two things and it's a solid product
