Everybody hates this app, stop cutting costs and fire some higher ups making these decisions
This app is absolutely horrible
This app is awful, it is not working & it takes forever for a shuttle to get to you. Horrible app, very upset about how they changed.
Slow shuttles!
Shuttles take forever to come during peak hours and the interface is hard to use.
Awful
The set up is very confusing and it makes scheduling shuttle transport obnoxious. You must manually type in the pick up and drop off locations. Sometimes even the listed locations in the bus loop don’t show up and sometimes the bus driver will accept your ride but immediately mark it as complete.
Works perfectly
It’s about time someone properly beta tested their app. Thanks Smuggs.
