Just bought the Pro version and so far I’ve not found any difference to the version that I’ve been using for years. Waste of £40 so far…

Papierformat falsch

Beim Export kann man die Papiergrößen zwischen US-Letter, A4 und A3 wählen. Entscheidet man sich für A4 wir der Bericht als „Japanische Doppelpostkarte“ 148 x 200 mm exportiert. Wenn Fehler behoben gibt’s auch mehr Sterne!

The app slow and crashes

Hi developers is it possible to optimise the app to be usable? I have got an iPhone 12pro with the very latest update and the same for the app. The image quality is set to lowest settings and still the app is crashing, making it unusable. I wrote few weeks ago on the site, but no one replied to my queries.

Update 3/4/23 - issue. App crashes randomly during use

Being using the app for a while, but now is crashing randomly. More so when scrolling through previous issues or changing something after a multi edits, sometimes I need to scroll to the bottom of the issues page and then edit backwards (strange I know, but this annoying method worked) please fix this issue.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. Please check the 'Theme Options' and app Settings where various aspects of the report, including image size, can be adjusted.

Great app - a suggestion

Hi there,

Love the app and how you can assign lists to specific assigned groups and then to all assigned groups if you want it all together.

I wish there was an option however to generate a list with selections more than one assigned. That way I could assign x2 trades/assigned groups together on the one list without all the other assigned being on one massive list.

Hope you can do this in the next update.

FIXED - Previous apple update created bug

NOW FIXED
When exporting to PDF the photos are minuscule and the comments don’t generate at all

IOS 16 issues

The apps great (normally), but will cancel subscription if the bug fixes cannot be fixed? Is there any communication by developer reading this?

I have complied a report but it is not displaying the photos or titles properly! Cutting off words! Only just started doing it!

After the update yesterday, I can open the reports but the pdf version is containing only a few issues, each taking a full page

Just right

I use a lot of these apps and it is perfect for what I do. And I do a lot of snagging. Great support too from the tech guys. If you want complicated, it’s not. It’s functional.

Good app but slow

Used it to snag the first of thirty two apartments and the process is lengthy especially if you want to be detailed in your positioning. Not being able to allocate by room/area and just be able to write the snag slows things down. Needs better cover page alternatives too.

Kept crashing due between taking the photo and annotating. Computer/desktop editing would be useful.

Issue with assigned to

When trying to select the assigned to contractor a list of previous comes up that you can select to cut the time it takes however when I select and click the contractor nothing happens and I to insert manually. Maybe this is a local issue with my iPad?

Snag

If you could assign snags to individual trades and at the end of the report select all the carpenter snags or whatever trade you choose a and print individual trades off this would be great. Perfect for house builders
