No Siri or Alexa access
Works well. It would be great if it would allow or be compatible with Siri for use by poorly sighted people. Seniors who need reading glasses cannot hit the tiny controls.

Works great! Very easy to setup and use. I like that the app offers more customizable options than the remote. You can even save favorite modes.
Crap
I bought the warming foot massager on Amazon, and quickly downloaded the app so that I could control it with ease, and for longer duration of time. However, after the first usage, the app will not let me in nor connect to my massager. Every time I try to login, it gives me a "network exception, try again later" error. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks now with no solution to their "network exception." No matter how many times I uninstall - reinstall, create a new login, or re-reset my phone, it won't work and there are no instructions for assistance. This makes my massager nowhere near worth the price. A waste of time and money.
