I filled out everything to create a account cause I joined snap fitness few days ago and it’s saying I need to join the gym cause apparently im not in the system or something when I’ve been to the gym 4 days in a row now , some fix this app now!
Most of the instructional videos don’t work
Most of the instructional videos don’t work. Even with full service, the buffering symbol comes up and doesn’t ever load. So frustrating
Worst App
This app is genuinely the worst gym app I’ve ever used and it could be so easily fixed. This year they have done multiple updates which have not made the UE any better. 1. The booking system for classes and saunas is laughable. Instead of having an option for every single time slot for the sauna, how about you click the sauna option and it comes up with a calendar of available times? Instead u have to scroll and scroll and tap through days to find one that works. They also need to add a penalty system. The sauna at my gym is constantly booked out nearly two weeks in advance yet it never seems to be at capacity (2 per sauna). The gym is great and staff are awesome, but the app really lets it down.
