Great meals
I love the concept of this app because it’s not forcing you to get a subscription and you get freebies. I was able to do a one time order and got my food delivered quickly. The food is great and I’m excited to see how this goes! It’s cheaper buying meals than it is buying groceries honestly! I’m going to try the one time order for the first month and after that I’m going to get the subscription.

Don’t order from this app if you want your food
The employees at Snap Kitchen are under the express and total and complete perception that SNAP kitchen has no control whether you get your order or not; nor do they accept any liability if this is the case.
$700 a month isn’t enough to get their attention. I wonder how much somebody has to spend a Snap Kitchen in order to get a number that one can call in order to discuss civilly. and plainly this delivery issue.
The best response I got was a number for the business office of favor the company that they use in order to deliver the food.
The employees are just so arrogant and pearl clutching with some kind of inevitable bewilderment as to why anyone might be concerned or upset about anything at, really

Numerous bugs and errors
I’ve used Snap for years and their system is CONSTANTLY down or lagging. Both in app and online. I’ve had to call to adjust things many times because the app wasn’t working the way it should. I’ve had meal plans re ordered that I didn’t want and I’ve had to completely cancel my snap pass and re enroll to make small changes such as delivery time or to change a meal.

App Update is Awful
For several years I used this app and it was absolutely wonderful. They completely updated the app with a new UI at the beginning of the year and now it's practically unusable. When I update my meals for my snap pass it incorrectly shows me orders for the previous weeks. Other times it just shows me down right wrong information. Multiple times now my order for the week has been incorrect and I'm unable to change it or edit it correctly in the app. It's so bad that I'm considering canceling my weekly subscription with Snap Kitchen.
