iOS Widget not updating / syncing remaining calories
Hello support team,
I am having an issue with the iOS widgets for the Snap Calorie app.
When I log a workout, my remaining calories are updated correctly inside the app itself. However, both the standard widget on my Home Screen and the small widget in Standby Mode (Lock Screen) do not update throughout the day. They remain unchanged and only reset to the new daily value the next morning.
Could you please look into this or let me know if there is a way to force the widgets to sync?

Fotofunktion funktioniert nicht
Bin sehr enttäuscht, die Fotofunktion funktioniert einfach nicht. Man kann nicht klicken, außerdem erkennt es praktisch keinen einzigen Barcode. Also totaler Schrott. Direkt löschen.

It’s the best one that I found for tracking calories. Even free version works good and is enough for the beginning.

SnapCalorie has been around longer than any of the other flashy AI trackers. They have always had consistent good results, a good user experience, and a team that has been very open to hearing feedback and making changes based on that. They offer every logging option for free, and have great features for paid users. I will always back them, even when I’m no longer tracking actively. They might have a business problem - they work too well, I no longer need them lol!

I have tried a variety of calorie counting apps and this one blows all of them out of the water. Database is big and picture counter is great.

I did my own picture test with three different apps, and this app was by far the most accurate one.

5 Stars! This app is one of the easiest and best food tracker apps I’ve used. They give you many options to log in the meals and I like the format where it shows you how many calories you have left as opposed to how many you’ve eaten.

THIS APP IS AMAZING!!! this app is genuinely the best. I can take a pic of my food get all the macros and calories and see the percentages beteeen calories fats protein and everything else. And it’s all free!
