This app is not linked to Snapfish account so coupon codes don’t work and customer support can’t offer any help. It does make the editing part easier than one by one like the website.
Not Snapfish App
I just ordered my “free” 8x8 matte photo tile for the month and I hope it will be the same quality as the ones from the Snapfish website that I received. Although it says it’s “free,” the shipping cost is very high so it’s not really free. The 2 stars is because this Photo Tile App is not the Snapfish App and requires you to upload your photos again and doesn’t save any projects for future use. Also, it is hard to edit the photo tiles and it doesn’t seem to offer any of the layouts on the Snapfish website.

Free tile every month? Have yet to see it!
I added this app to my iPad and ordered my first tile. I was thrilled with the first tile, free other than shipping, but have not been able to order the advertised free tile for this month. I have contacted Snapfish, but have yet to hear back from them. Looks like false advertising from where I sit. We’ll see.

Not linked to my account
It was annoying enough to have to download a new app, but then I had to reupload the pictures because I can’t access the pictures in my account. Really disappointing!
Separate App? Why?
A pain to log in to a separate app instead of main Snapfish app. Confusing-says check out as guest but then seemed to know me. No way to add a gift message. Not recognized by Paypal. Overall, a frustrating experience.

My review will make 5 reviews. Okay. So, out of 5 reviews all but one is bad! I’m going against my better judgment choosing to Downard this app anyway. I’m just sure I’ll be back to update this app and it won’t be good. I’m crossing my fingers🤞🏻
Rereview after shipment
I just ordered a couple phots for my grandmother and father to have along with one for my girlfriend. It rounded up to nearly 60$. I’m willing if the quality is good so I’ll be leaving another review later and hopefully they’re awesome so i feel more confident to give them to my loved ones.😎🔥
Half the tiles can’t be hung up - whacky boarder
My mom got me a set for Christmas and half the tiles were messed up. None of the pictures were cropped but snapfish cropped them so the photo didn’t fill up the tile and a weird unsymmetrical white boarder was on the sides of some pictures and not others. I can only hang up 5 out of the 9 tiles that were ordered because of this boarder and how ugly and weird they look.

It makes me pay money if I wanna make a tile and that is why I deleted this app 😞😭😤🥺🤬
Login doesn’t work
Does not allow me to login to my snapfish account. App also crashed a few times
