Yikes
Used to be a really great way to order photos, now it’s way too expensive and not worth it. Unfortunate bc i used to order from this place religiously, like every month. Now it cost too much for prints.
Very basic
I prefer the website, but used this app for one project as I didn’t want to transfer photos. It doesn’t let you do anything besides crop and auto enhance. It also crashed more times on my phone than I care to admit, even though both the phone and app were up to date and restarted.
Great Choices, But…
You have to be alert when you are ordering or you will get the wrong sizes. I make sure I am wide awake and alert when I order on this app.
Backwards resolution
Placed an order’ half of the photos had their heads missing, the system is simple to use & ensured the photos were inside the border line & dots etc customer service acknowledged their mistake but told me they can only credit Me & you have to buy the exact same sizes as were faulty prior. I explained that through time needs change so decided to order different sizes but the crediting was previous order specific ie like going to a shop to buy a shirt that doesn’t fit’ you can only get a credit to buy the exact same sized shirt that doesn’t fit.
The customer service agreed with everything I said but their systems wouldn’t allow them to put a credit on there which was the same amount that they got wrong’ which is absolute nonsense’ so advised leave an honest rating & feedback & pursue a chargeback with My bank with full acknowledgement of their mistake. They said that’s fine & thanked Me.

Don’t use in NZ
If you’re in NZ don’t use this app. I made photo books only to find it doesn’t ship to NZ as the app is the US store. Very frustrating.
