Solid VoIP App
Nobody leaves reviews for this app because it just simply works. It’s not the most advanced voip app, but it does everything you need it too. I wish call blocking was easier to do. Other than that it’s great.

We have noticed since the update we can no longer view the incoming call phone number once on the call that makes it really difficult to identify customers. If this could be fixed the app would be 5 stars again
Great app – simple, clean, and reliable!
I’ve been using the Snap Mobile app for business calls and it’s been solid all around. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take much time to learn or navigate. Everything is laid out logically, and common actions like calling, checking voicemail, and managing settings are easy to access.
Call quality has been very good — voices are clear with minimal delay, even when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular. I haven’t experienced dropped calls or major audio issues, which is huge for day-to-day business use.
Overall, it’s a straightforward, easy-to-use VoIP app that does exactly what it should. Reliable voice quality, simple design, and no unnecessary complexity. Definitely a good option if you want a mobile softphone that just works.

Limited settings
Lately the notifications stop working randomly, only way to fix the issue is reinstalling the app.
The mobile app features are very limited compared tot the web version: can’t change status, can’t sign out and sync that change with the server

Easy to use and works great to transfer calls to my cell phone when I am out of the office!
Apple Watch
This app does not push notifications to Apple Watch which doesn’t allow you to get notifications without your phone in hand. It would be nice to have it compatible with Apple Watch.

Notification glitches
This app was great at first but now it just won’t notify me of any incoming calls unless I open the app itself and see I have missed calls.
Constant crashing
When this app works, it’s great. However, we experience crashes and freezes on this app multiple times a day. It is beyond a joke. I would say 50% of our incoming calls go unanswered because this app will freeze when trying to take the call. Since I’m using this app for my business, the fact that we seemingly never answer the phone is huge issue, and reflects poorly on us.
The only troubleshooting provided on the website for this issue is to restart your device or delete and reinstall this app, neither of which fix the issue.

no way to delete a contact
The calling is good. I have a lot of contacts got added that are no longer needed so I have deceased and they don’t provide no way for you to delete the contact or make a notation. Adding editing and deleting it’s very important. I’m surprised on not like this would not have that function.
Great App
This has been an excellent app. I have used many voip apps and most don’t even ring when a call comes in. This one is very solid. The lack of bad reviews made me try it. I figure people would complain if it was terrible. It’s not. Clear calls and works like a champ.

My voicemails and calls are all easily visible. Very easy to navigate the menu!
Calling and Texting
I have been using the SNAPmobile app for close to a year now and have had a good experience. There are a couple issues I notice but aren’t huge deals. The first issue is notifications don’t show up unless you open the app. The second issue I have noticed is occasionally the mobile app will not work when trying to start a new text because it says it can’t find a phone number so I have to hard close the app and re-open the app and it works great after that.

Lots of Glitches/hit & miss on notifications
We started using SNAPmobile for my business after being told it was more affordable version of Vonage, which we were currently using. We are having lots of problems with the app. Mostly not getting any notifications for phone calls or texts. We have to keep opening app to see if we missed anything. Can take up to four hours for someone to receive our responses to texts. You can save names in your contacts list, but they don't show on the SMS messages (only the phone number, no names) so you still have to figure out who's texting you even though they're already in your contact list. Also, when you text, it applies weird characters in between your words so it makes us look stupid like we can't type. The weird characters only show up after you hit send. Overall, they need to go study Vonage app and try to emulate it a little better. Sorry, but we're switching back to Vonage. It's worth the few extra dollars.

Not Good for Work From Home
I try to use this app for when I’m on the go or working from home and calls just do not come in. No matter what I do. You’re better off using it on the web.
Constant Issues
This app is trash. Calls often drop, the caller ID information doesn’t show half the time, it just states “connecting”, calls simply do not come through a lot. I would never recommend this product to anyone. We have roughly 50 users who have it installed and it’s a disappointment to all.
Hit or Miss… mostly miss
30% useful, 70% clunky buggy junk.
Does not function
My work switched to a new phone service that used this app. The app does not signal a call is coming in, and does not show any notifications. I instead get missed call notifications in the regular phone app about half an hour later. This app does not have any functionality as a phone app.
Just horrible
Do not even waste your time on this app. I have spent hours trying to get it to work at all randomly hangs up and disconnects if your phone company recommends this app just save your self the time and go with a different phone provider.
