Can’t scan qr
Technical issues that hasn’t been resolved
I need to pay for my university tuition fee through this app which the due date is by few days and the qr doesn’t seem to show up. I tried contact through email so they could solve this faster but no response at all 😡 Please fix as soon as possible or it will cause a huge problem to me.

Tak friendly, susah nak trace dan nak bayar apa apa bil
Apps ni lagi menyusahkan saya ada lah. Scan dah elok, masuk je tab tulus tu dah pening. Tiba2 masuk tab app bank yang kita nak then minta authorize kan. Bila cakap dah authorized, check balik bayaran cakap pending. Jadi cukai tu dah bayar ke tidak? Dah lah charge, third party app punya performance teruk. Baik pergi bayar dekat kaunter jelah.

Somehow there’s a merchant charges
From going to “derma” becomes “tak jadi derma” because of the merchant charges. So there’s a big no for sure & gonna uninstall straight away. Thank you for the effort though.

This is a bad app. When we have to go to messages to retrieve the OTP number, the whole transaction is lost. There is just no way to go to messages to retrieve the OTP and go back to the transaction as it would just delete everything. Very frustrating
