App crashes
App used to work great but no longer works with newer iOS version I guess because as soon as I try to connect to the camera the app crashes.
800$ wasted app doesn’t work
I bought this scope for 800 right off the truck hoping I would be able to connect to my phone. Keeps saying address wrong no matter how many times you do it
Do better Snap-on
Don't ever buy anything electronic from snap-on, they don't know what they are doing and the app doesn't work

Everything was fine and then it wasn’t once my device is connected it and I open the app the app crashes and closes out.
will not connect
Will not recognize the iPad is connected to the BK8500. It shows a dialog to tell you it needs to be connected, but it’s already connected. No way to get past that.
I got the BK8500 because it could theoretically be used with an iPad, but connection was flaky at best, and hasn’t connected at all in several years.
