I’m very impressed with the user interface as well as the way you present the products and the quality and style and uniqueness of the products you guys offer. My one and only complaint is this: I wear a size 15 shoes and there’s no actual way to search shoes by size on there so when I typed in size 15 to the search bar, it brought up a purse and a woman’s top. Many of the sizes didn’t go up past 10 or 12. You have an extremely large number of taller people now than you did 20 years ago and the demand for larger size shoes is greatly increasing. Because I see no shoes on your app that will fit me, I will check back once or twice and then delete the app altogether and go with the other apps that offer shoes in my size. This is the one glaring deficiency that I think you guys need to address before you lose more customers like myself.

Logging in
As per the last 2 updates, no longer recognises password and won’t let you reset it. This has cost me to miss out on the latest 2 Adidas SNS GT releases as part of the 25 year anniversary. For a trainer collector this is very poor and all due to the last 2 updates being an issue.

This App is a Joke
There are spelling errors all over the place, as well as a difficult user interface. It sused me out when I could not use apple pay, and was taken to safari to submit payment information rather than within the app.
